Hello! Thank you for finding The Little Stamping Co. I’m Cheryl - the owner, designer, stamper, packer, admin and marketer behind this shop of hand stamped gifts and keepsakes.

I run my little business from the home I share in Oxfordshire with my fiancé, our three children and our four dogs! It’s safe to say that life is pretty busy, but I love it and wouldn’t have it any other way!

I started stamping after being inspired by my friend in the US who was gifted a hand stamped necklace. I was intrigued and couldn’t find what I wanted here in the UK, so I got myself the bits I needed to make my own. That's where my passion began!

Stamping is a real art and much harder than I thought it ever would be. I practiced every single day for over a year (much to the annoyance of my other half and neighbours!) before I felt ready to open my Etsy shop in 2016.

It has been so much fun and a lot of hard work, but I honestly never thought I would be where I am now. I love being able to work around around my children so I can soak as much of them in as possible :)

I am passionate about supporting other small businesses and source all of my supplies from fellow UK businesses. This ensures I always know what I’m buying and I’m always confident in the high quality of my pieces.

Lastly, a little about hand stamping... hand stamping means that every character is individually stamped by hand using punches and a hammer. This can mean the characters may vary slightly in depth, spacing or alignment but this is what makes hand stamped items so charming and unique!
