Delivery:

Current turnaround time is 3-5 working days.

All items are sent via Royal Mail. International orders are then passed on to the delivery partner in the destination country. 

• UK - 1st Class
• USA - International Tracked
• Rest of World - International Tracked & Signed

Returns & Cancellations:

Because of the bespoke personalisation on many of our items, unless your order arrives damaged or defective, most items are non-refundable.
